We’re Eric and Jenny, the heart behind Inspire Change Co. Together, we coach, teach, and guide individuals and couples toward lives and relationships that feel aligned, grounded, and fulfilling. We’re not just relationship coaches—we’re partners in life, in business, and in growth.

We know firsthand that real change doesn’t come from quick tips or surface-level advice. It comes from deep personal work, radical ownership, and the willingness to rewrite the stories that keep us stuck. That’s what we do here—and we love helping others do the same.

Our Story

We’re Eric and Jenny—partners in life, love, and the mission behind Inspire Change Co. We’re relationship coaches, educators, and lifelong students of personal growth. Our work is rooted in one powerful belief: when people build better relationships—with themselves, with each other, and with life itself—everything changes.

Inspire Change was born from fire—literally and metaphorically. Just days before our wedding, we lost our home in a house fire. In that moment of crisis, we saw clearly how fragile life is… and how essential it is to live with clarity, courage, and intention.

That fire didn’t just burn down our home—it sparked a new chapter. We walked away from the traditional path, packed our lives into a van, and spent a 18 months traveling across the country with our pets, coaching clients from the road. It was during those miles and conversations that our mission became crystal clear: to help people stop living by default and start living by design.

Since then, we’ve supported hundreds of individuals and couples through deep inner work, personal breakthroughs, and relationship transformation. Through coaching, courses, and community, we’ve watched people untangle their past, reconnect with their values, and create lives they’re genuinely proud of.

At Inspire Change Co., we blend narrative therapy, emotional regulation tools, and practical relationship strategiesto support real, lasting change. We don’t believe in quick fixes. We believe in giving people the tools, insight, and support to rewrite their story and step into the life they were meant to lead.
