Meet Kyle
An active police officer and former paramedic/firefighter, Kyle leads first responders with functional, approachable wellness—mindset, holistic lifestyle, breathwork (with a little ice). Over a year together (and later with his wife), we blended Human Design with practical coaching to help him trust his instincts, shift from worst-case to best-case thinking, and align his business with the impact he’s built to make. He is a great example of what happens when we dig deep to confront our fears and choose to show up fully at home, at work, and in our communities!
